Morlich Property Management
I designed and built Morlich's public platform to support both guest booking confidence and owner-facing management credibility.
RoleFull stack software engineer
PlatformsResponsive web / Guest journey / Management platform

01 / Landing
I positioned the homepage to communicate business value before visual style.
The first fold establishes what Morlich does, where it operates, and who it serves, then drives users into clear service and property actions without extra friction.

02 / Services
I made the guest and owner paths explicit so intent is clear early.
Service cards and split audience panels create a straightforward decision path: guests can find a stay fast, and owners can evaluate management support without guesswork.

03 / Directory
I built the stay directory around practical discovery, not just visual cards.
The listing experience combines category filters, keyword search, pricing context, and concise property summaries so users can scan options quickly and move to detail pages with confidence.

04 / Property detail
I structured property pages to support decision-making at the point of enquiry.
The detail view surfaces location, stay fit, core features, gallery context, and map actions in one flow so a visitor can decide quickly whether to enquire.

05 / Mobile browser
I carried the same hierarchy onto mobile so the journey stays usable on smaller screens.
Mobile screens keep core actions prominent, preserve scanning clarity for listing cards, and retain property-detail essentials without forcing extra navigation depth.

06 / Trust and depth
I added trust-building sections that support both enquiries and longer sales cycles.
FAQ coverage, direct contact routes, and focused service-detail templates help the site answer common operational questions while still feeling polished and premium.
